Philosophy & Path

Remembering Wholeness as the Heart of Healing

I am an Ayurvedic Doctor-Level Practitioner, educator, and mystic guide devoted to the restoration of coherence within the body, within communities, and within the living field of the Earth.

My work bridges ancient science and modern understanding, the measurable and the mysterious. I help people remember that health isn’t a state to chase, but a relationship to tend between their biology, emotions, thoughts, and the subtle intelligence that animates them.

Whether I’m teaching, speaking with physicians, or working one-on-one, my approach is the same: listen deeply, meet the person before me as a whole universe, and guide them back to their own inner authority.

Healing is not something I do to you.
It’s something we awaken together.

Philosophy of Healing

Ayurveda teaches that the body is a sacred instrument, a reflection of cosmic order expressed through nutrition, breath, and awareness. Modern science confirms what the sages knew: everything is energy seeking harmony.

When we align with rhythm through nourishment, rest, movement, and conscious attention, vitality returns naturally. The body becomes teacher, the mind becomes servant, and the heart becomes guide.

This philosophy infuses every aspect of my practice, from personalized Ayurvedic consultations to consciousness-based therapies and community education. It’s also the foundation of Matre Sofia, the conscious birthing movement I co-create, reminding us that the way we enter the world shapes the world we create.

How I Came to This Work

My path to medicine began not in a classroom but through initiation.

As a young woman navigating PTSD, I met a sangoma healer in South Africa who helped me see that what I was experiencing was not pathology but awakening; an invitation to step onto the healer’s path.

From there, my journey unfolded across continents and disciplines:

  • In New Zealand, the Maori and Pleiadian teachings opened my understanding of the body as a vessel of light.
  • In India, living and serving among rural communities and at Amma’s ashram, I witnessed joy that transcended circumstance and the power of service as medicine.
  • A serious brain injury later became the catalyst for deeper integration, turning every concept I had studied into lived embodiment.

These experiences, woven with formal study, 4,000+ hours of clinical Ayurvedic training, Waldorf and trauma-informed education, yoga therapy, and consciousness studies, shaped the synthesis I offer today: medicine that heals both matter and meaning.

The Voice That Guides My Work

My purpose is simple: to remind you that you are God’s love made visible.

When we remember that truth, healing happens naturally…cells reorganize, hearts open, lives align.

You are not a collection of symptoms; you are a living expression of the cosmos learning to know itself through you.

My role is to hold a mirror steady until you can see that for yourself.

“You are a gift from God beyond what your ancestors and humanity could have ever imagined.”

INVITATION FOR A CALL

If these words resonate, you’re already on the path.
Let’s walk it together — translating wisdom into practice and practice into peace.
